GENERAL

  • Credit me for art/designs; do not edit, trace, or remove my signature.

  • Poses/colors/shapes may adapt to my style. [I don't copy exact poses if it's an unique one]

  • For YCHs [Your Character Here] I can make multiple slots for any type whenever I want, even auctions.

  • Digital product only. Final work sent via Drive or VGen.

  • Files deleted after 1 month, please save them.

  • Comms may appear in Membership Rewards unless Privacy Add-On is purchased. HD files are for clients only.

  • No AI, NFTs, crypto, or related tech use.

MY OCS

  • Available for comms (not sonas). Not canon to their lore.

  • NSFW only with adult OCs (check ToyHouse tags).

  • Role-swap (Top/Bottom): +15%.

NSFW

  • Only art refs (no real nudes). Non-sexual real refs (tattoos, birthmarks, hair, etc.) are fine.

  • No characters based on real actors.

  • PokĂ©mon/Digimon: anthro/furry/humanoid only. No “baby” species (Pichu, Riolu, etc.). No Human x PokĂ©mon/Digimon.

  • I consider NSFW:

  • Sexual/erotic/fetish content (even clothed)

  • Soft/“toony” gore. Flower/candy gore.

  • Drug-related only if sexual (aphrodisiac ok. I don't do lethal/injections)

  • Resell at original price (unless extra art). Gifts/trades don’t raise value.

  • Personal use only. Commercial use costs extra (even redesigns).

  • -30% for art with my OCs (OC x Client’s OC allowed).

  • +40%: Complex outfits/armor/robot

MULTI VERSIONS

  • Free: basic bg + alt text.

  • Extra cost: outfit changes, SFW/NSFW swaps, pose/expressions, complex bg changes.

PAYMENT

  • Upfront, no refunds/holds. 48h to pay unless payment plan.

  • Plans available for $230USD+ comms:

  • First payment = sketch.

  • Next payments due in 5–15 days.

  • Progress follows queue unless VIP delivery.

CHANGES

  • Declined WIPs belong to me.

  • 1 week for changes. 2 rounds only:

  • Concept/Clean WIP = major changes.

  • Final = minor fixes.

  • No WIPs after lineart/color/shade.

WORK SPEED

  • I keep rights unless Privacy Add-On. May post the work.

  • Clients can: Post with credit (non-profit), use on personal products.

  • Clients cannot: modify/trace/edit.

Can I ask for a commission with your OC?
Of course!!! Actually I have a section for that in my T.O.SWhy you don't draw "this" if you have some old examples with that theme?
Is in the past. During the pandemic of 2020 I have to accept to draw a lot of things that didn't excite me just to survive. I'm gratefull for all the help and I respect a lot of those themes if you like it, but now I want to stay with drawings that I like moreHablas español?
