  • Custom Design is making a character without prior reference. Redesign it's in case you want an updated version of your pre-existing character with some changes

  • Minor changes count as "Redesign", but major changes even transform the entire character count as "Custom"

  • Change of species count as "Redesign" as long it have around 85% of the first design; in case of a big change then count as "Custom"

  • IA references transformed into a drawing reference must have the "Custom" extra without exceptions.

  • T.O.S. applies to all commissioners.

  • Please always credit me!

  • Unique poses won’t be copied exactly; common poses are fine.

  • Colors/shapes may adjust to my style.

  • My signature will be on the artwork and cannot be moved or removed.

  • The payment is for a digital product only.

  • Final drawings are sent via Drive or VGen.

  • Files are deleted after 6 months, save them in time.

  • Commissioned works may appear in my Membership Rewards.

  • No work made by me may be used in any AI (Artificial Intelligence) programs or blockchain-related technology (NFTs, Cryptocurrency and/or related future technologies)

  • For dialogue, please provide exact text; my ideas are limited.

  • Sensitive topics (e.g., disabilities) are fine for character design but not for extreme fetish themes; be respectful.

  • Artistic nudity, genitals, busts and nipples are NSFW, regardless of context.

  • For pokemon & Digimon:

  • Only in "furry/anthro/humanoid" form; anatomy may be adjusted.

  • Discounts don’t apply to already discounted commissions (e.g., Black Friday).

  • Fanart from select media/AUs gets a 15% discount (Canon characters only):

  • The % for complexity varies by character, idea, or my opinion.

  • Sketch commissions may be less detailed.

  • I consider complex design:

  • +15%: Visual effects, powers, complex items, food.

  • +20%: Wings, complex horns.

  • +25%: Complex patterns, mecha/robots.

  • +30%: Extra body parts (more heads/arms/legs, many tails).

  • +40%: Complex outfits (armor, jewelry, big dresses) or detailed mecha.

  • +50%: Combination of all the above.

✧ Multi-Version ✧

  • Other version with basic backgrounds and alt text are free.

  • Will have extra price for things like:

  • Alternate outfits.

  • SFW to NSFW versions (NSFW price applies).

  • Expression or pose variations.

  • Time of day changes in complex backgrounds.

✧ Payment ✧

  • Payment upfront; no refunds/holds.

  • 48 hours to send payment (unless on a payment plan).

  • If the client isn't willing to continue with the commission, refund would be NOT possible.

  • Payment plans available for commissions above $230 USD:

  • Mandatory.

  • Sketch after the first payment, next payment due within 5-15 days to continue.

  • Start based on queue position unless VIP delivery is requested.

  • 1 week to request changes or lose the right to ask for them.

  • No upgrades after payment.

  • WIPs that you decline belong to me.

  • 2 change opportunities:

  • Concept WIP / Clean WIP: Major changes (pose, expression, etc.).

  • Final drawing: Minor corrections.

  • No WIPs after lineart, flat color, or shading.

  • 2 types of WIPs:

  • Concept WIP: General pose and idea.

  • Clean WIP: More refined sketch.

✧ Work Speed ✧

  • Turnaround: 3 days to 3 months, based on Trello queue.

  • I work in batchs of 5 drawings.

  • Ask for VIP Delivery if you need it by a specific date.

  • I don’t work on weekends (except for VIP) or the 2nd of each month.

  • I have personal responsabilities in addition to my commissions, so please be patience.

  • I do art streamings on Twitch (SFW) and Picarto (NSFW)

  • Privacy Add-On available to keep your commission off streams.

  • I try to stream on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

✧ Copyright ✧

  • As the artist, I will retain rights to the artwork and I can:

  • Post the artwork and WIPs on any social media.

  • Make speedpaint videos.

  • Stream the process of the artwork.

  • All of the points before will be ignored if the client pay for the extra Privacy Add-On

  • As the client, you can:

  • Post the artwork with credit (non-profit)

  • Use it on products for personal use

  • As the client, you can't:

  • Modify, trace, or edit my artwork.

  • Create NFTs or use it in AI programs

  • Commercial use costs extra; must be discussed upfront.

  • Always credit me, even for commercial use.

General

  • Please give me credits as the creator of the design

  • I'm by no means responsible of the design once it is out of my hands

  • Even if you purchase the character, the prices are for personal use. In case you want the comercial use it will have an extra price [Yes, even for redesigns]

  • You may resell a design of mine only for the original purchase price, unless it comes with additional art created or commissioned by the owner. Any art that is received by the owner of the design as a gift or trade should not add monetary value, as you are then profiting off of others' work

  • After the character is purchased and you want to change the design, you can do it without a problem, either is by commission me again so I will make you a redesign, commission another artist or do it yourself, just do a NEW artwork of if and do not edit my original artwork

  • If the design is not wanted for the client anymore, refunds are not possible

Adoptables

  • I work with fixed price and auctions

  • With an extra price I can make small changes on any adoptable [Like a change of genitalia, bust or some extra details]

  • I post the adoptable in multiple sites but I will try to post the bigger offer as soon as I can in the case of a bid in another site

  • I accept private offers as well, in the public section I will name them by the name of "anon"

  • Until the payment is done, the character it's still mine, even if you already won any auction or claim the fixed price post

  • I can transfer you the character in ToyHouse if you want!

  • For auctions follow the bid-chain. Any comment out of the line will be deleted to avoild confusion

Custom

  • Please be SUPER SPECIFIC with what you want me to create.

  • I do not do Artistic Freedom Customs! I need indications on what to do.

  • Please give me moodboards, pictures of clothes, collor palletes and so on to have a better idea of what you want

  • I DO NOT accept references of OCs of other people to have an inspiration for the Custom

  • You will get WIPs to make sure you like the design so far

  • In case of changes, you need to make a list of every change that you want me to do in that time, since I only allow 2 changes for every WIP that I will send to you and it will be only a change according to the state of the WIP [For example, in the sketch part you can ask me to add, subtract resize or change any elements before I continue in the Lineart/FlatColor where you can only ask for color changes but I won't make any changes to the lines]

Is in the past. During the pandemic of 2020 I have to accept to draw a lot of things that didn't excite me just to survive.
