In case you want to buy an artwork and use it with extra lucrative purposes

• Read

General
✧ In any type of work, either is an adoptable, custom or redesign, please give me credits as the creator of the design
✧ I'm by no means responsible of the design once it is out of my hands
✧ I do not support LGBTQA+phobic, offensive or hateful characters being made from my designs.I do not support my designs being used for immoral, racist or illegal content
✧ Even if you purchase the character, the prices are for personal use. In case you want the comercial use it will have an extra price [Yes, even for redesigns]
✧ You may resell a design of mine only for the original purchase price, unless it comes with additional art created or commissioned by the owner. Any art that is received by the owner of the design as a gift or trade should not add monetary value, as you are then profiting off of others' work
✧ Follow the rules of any Open or Closed Species aside of my own rules
✧ You cannot use traits of a one-off adoptable design, custom or redesign as a basis for an open or closed species. I am not open to helping create open or closed species
✧ After the character is purchased/done and you want to change the design, you can do it without a problem, either is by commission me again so I will make you a redesign, commission another artist or do it yourself, just do a NEW artwork of if and do not edit my original artwork
✧ If the design is not wanted for the client anymore, refunds are not possible

Adoptables
✧ I work with fixed price and auctions
✧ With an extra price I can make small changes on any adoptable [Like a change of genitalia, bust or some extra details]
✧ I post the adoptable in multiple sites but I will try to post the bigger offer as soon as I can in the case of a bid in another site
✧ I accept private offers as well, in the public section I will name them by the name of "anon"
✧ Until the payment is done, the character it's still mine, even if you already won any auction of claim the fixed price post
✧ I can transfer you the character in ToyHouse if you want!
✧ For auctions follow the bid-chain. Any comment out of the line will be deleted to avoild confusion

Customs
✧ Please be SUPER SPECIFIC with what you want me to create. I will give you an ordering form to help you in case you don't have a clear idea of what you want
✧ I do not do Artistic Freedom Customs! I need indications on what to do [This to avoild getting atached to the design like I do with my OCs]
✧ You can give me moodboards, pictures of clothes, collor palletes and so on to have a better idea of what you want
✧ I DO NOT accept references of OCs of other people to have an inspiration for the Custom
✧ I DO NOT accept references of copyrighted characters to have an inspiration for the Custom
✧ You will get WIPs to make sure you like the design so far
✧ In case of changes, you need to make a list of every change that you want me to do in that time, since I only allow 2 changes for every WIP that I will send to you and it will be only a change according to the state of the WIP [For example, in the sketch part you can ask me to add, subtract resize or change any elements before I continue in the Lineart/FlatColor where you can only ask for color changes but I won't make any changes to the lines]

Redesigns
✧ Please be SUPER SPECIFIC with what you want me to redesign. I will give you an ordering form to help you in case you don't have a clear idea of what you want
✧ If the main character was adopted please make sure that the original artist allow redesigns on their adoptables

Rules
✧ I will not do NSFW of real people or characters based on real people (like actors) or characters with underage look (even if they are adults on the canon)
✧ All NSFW drawings I do are only SOFT THEMES!!!! I won't do anything extreme without exceptions!!!! (You can ask if you are unclear with this)
✧ I only do "toony" or "soft" gore, I don't draw extreme gore like murder or torture by any means!
✧ You can ask for NSFW dialogues on the commissions, but it's preferable if you give me the exact text you want me to put because on my own I have very limited dialogue ideas.
✧ Sensitive topics and character features: Never to make it the main theme of a drawing with extreme fetish intentions (Amputee and other disabilities, etc) It's ok if the design of the character is like that, but please be respectful with this.
✧ I don't know the names of some fetish or themes, so this will have regular updates if I feel necessary✧ For Pokemon and Digimon nsfw
° Only in a "furry/anthro/humanoid" form! I will not do them in the feral form by any means and if it's necessary I will modify the anatomy
° I will not do "Baby" species, like a tiny mew, pichu, riolu and so on
° I will not to Human x Pokemon/Digimon by any means, even if they are in a furry form!

Things I consider NSFW
✧ Artistic nudity
° Any type of genitals and also femenine bust, even if is not in a sexual theme.
° Male bust (Cis or with Trans Marks) don't count as NSFW!✧ Gore
° General gore, flower gore, soft flesh or candy gore.
° Little bleeding or small bruises don't count as NSFW!✧ Porn
° Anything sexual or erotic will count of course!
° Even if the characters are with clothes, if that have any erotic/sexual conotation will count as NSFW
° Sexual conversations on text gloves don't count as NSFW as long if the main drawing is in a "normal" situation. Flirts are also ok!✧ Fetishes
° This counts even if the character have clothes!✧ Adult themes
° Things like alcohol or drugs.
° Just showing a can of alcohol or a simple slip on a drink don't count as NSFW, but as soon as one character is madly drunk with sexual intentions then that will count as NSFW
° Drugs like hallucinogenic or aphrodisiacs with sexual intentions count as NSFW
° I DO NOT do letal illegal drugs like with injections by any means!!!!

Complex Design
✧ Any character I consider with a complex design will have an extra price:
° +15%: Extra elements like fire or water powers, complex items, food, etc
° +20%: Wings, horns with complex forms, etc.
° +25%: Complex patterns or mecha/robots
° +30%: Extra body parts like more that 1 head, 2 arms and 2 legs; too many tails, wings or horns, etc.
° +40%: Complex outfits like armors, jewerly, big dresses, etc. Also mecha/robots more complex.
° +50%: Combination of all of the points before.✧ The % will be added according to the base price of the commission/character with that specific design
✧ This is only a general idea, depending on the character or the idea of the commission the % will change.
✧ This depends mostly of my own opinion, so there will be times I charge differents % even on the same character, maybe after drawing them I reconsider the % or it passed a lot of time so my opinion change.
✧ All the sketch will be less "exact" in the details.
✧ Super simple designs will not have a special discount.

Multi-Version
✧ If you want an artwork with multiple versions the commission will have an extra price, for things like:
° Another outfit
° The same outfit but with less things, or like undressing
° A SFW version and then make lil extra things to make it NSFW (in this case, I will consider the main commss as NSFW)
° Another expressions
° Little pose variations
° Little changes on the semi-complex or complex background, like another time of the day✧ The % will be added according to the base price of the commission
✧ The increase is aprox +10% to +25%
✧ This is only a general idea, depending on the character or the idea of the commission the % will change.
✧ Alternative version with and without text do not have an extra price!
✧ Alternative transparent, flat or simple backgrounds do not have an extra price!

Changes
✧ Only 2 changes:
° The 1st on the Concept WIP / Clean WIP (Change on the pose, expression, etc)
° The 2nd with the final drawing (Small corrections only)✧ Artistic freedom = Only small corrections at the end. I will send WIPs just to make sure you are ok with the art BUT I will not make big changes even in the sketch part
✧ I don't do upgrades on commissions, be sure to ask for the exact type of commission you want.
✧ You have 1 week to ask for changes on the WIP, if not, I will continue with the commss and you will lose the right to ask for changes.
✧ You also have 1 week to ask for changes on the the final drawing. IMPORTANT INFO IN NEXT POINT!
° To make space on my laptop, I delete the files after a week so make sure that everything is ok in that time because after that I will not be able to make changes on the drawing!!!!
✧ All concept WIPs that you refuse belongs to me and I can use them for another commission, as YCHs or anything else

Work In Progress
✧ I only give 2 types WIPs
° The 1st is a Concept WIP, where you will confirm me the general pose and idea of the commission.
° The 2nd is a Clean WIP, where you will confirm me all the lines, expressions and more things on the commission.✧ I don't give Clean WIPs on sketch drawings since is almost the same as the final drawing, only Concept WIP; but you can ask for small corrections if you want!
✧ I don't give WIPs on others steps of the drawing (Lineart, flat color, cell shading or full color)
